Last month, an 82-year old woman was killed during a hit-and-run crash in Northern Dallas. The passenger of the Toyota Avalon that was involved in the crash ran away but left a 13-year old that was seriously injured. 

After an interrogation, with the 13-year old, and witnesses, the police were able to recognize the suspect, a 12-year old – who then was charged with murder. 

Florence Kelly was killed in the crash that happened just after 11 a.m. back on November 7, on Royal Lane, in Northwest Dallas. According to witnesses interviewed by FOX 4, the teen was driving the car, ran a stop sign and then hit Florence Kelly’s car. The 82-year old died upon impact.

The suspect’s name has not been released because he is a minor.
